Bug Description
Binary package hint: openoffice.org
When creating a table in Openoffice.org Writer, there is some extraneous padding added to the top of each cell.
Steps to reproduce:
1. open a new text document
2. insert a table with default settings
note how the text cursor is already below the centre line of the new cell. To make the effect even more visible, right click on the current paragraph, and turn on the borders. The table content has equal padding on the bottom, left and right. But the padding towards the top is substantially greater. I have found no way to turn this extraneous top padding off.
Expected behaviour:
Have the same padding on all four sides, tunable through the table properties dialogue.
Upstream is not affected (tested on OOF680 m14 Build-1)
