Weather Indicator can't refresh

Bug Description

When I click refresh, it tells me, "Refreshing, please wait", but won't refresh. Still shows old data for both locations I have set.

Identical problem running 12.04 with all updates installed. Problem became apparent just after installing the lastest Ubuntu updates.

12.04 here, too. It's recent for me, also. I update daily and I noticed the problem yesterday after installing updates.

http://www.earthtools.org/ - not working.
It contains default DreamHost page.

All URLs with weather data return 404 Not found.
