Bug Description
RFC 3095, section 5.11 states:
Therefore, in the ROHC UDP profile, the compressor generates a 16-bit
sequence number SN which increases by one for each packet received in
the packet stream.
However in the ROHC library, the SN is not bounded:

This is wrong, SN must be in range [0 ; 0xffff].
