Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better.

This looks like a local configuration problem, rather than a bug in Ubuntu, so I'm marking this bug as Invalid.

Specifically, you have a customised bind9 configuration which looks for /var/lib/samba/private/named.conf which does not exist. This is causing your upgrade to fail.
