Hello Harald, thanks for taking the time to file a bug report.

I am not able to reproduce your issue. The symbold reported as missing is in libsnmp15, specifically /usr/lib/libsnmpagent.so.15.1.2

You may want to try reinstalling libsnmp15 and snmpd, try

sudo apt-get --reinstall install snmpd libsnmp15

If that does not work, please come back here and paste the output of 'ldd /usr/sbin/snmpd'
