Bug Description
I tried to create a "subquiz" (I think we should call these "single example multi item" questions and noticed that the WYSYWIG editor for that question type does not have an edit HTML option.

Fixed the text editor to include HTML tag editing, but HTML tags don't format in Subquizzes when a student is taking the quiz. I reported a bug for this.
