Dell XPS 15 laptop core i7 processor 4 GB RAM. Normally using windows battery life is 7 hrs where as in ubuntu i just egt 2.5 to 3 hours max. I am new to Linux pl help me out. I am using amd64 version Ubuntu 12.04 LTS
