cant save kicker menu changes

Bug Description

i have installed kubuntu (7.04) 2times now and when i right click an item and press edit item i get the standard edit menu box from kde, when i click save it says it saves the changes but when i go look for the changes none of them have been made..., furthermore when i click edit item none of the changes i had made where still there :-\

Please add more details in order to reproduce your problem. Is still present in the stable release?
