Bug Description

Ubuntu 12.10 x64
Xen 4.1.3-rc1
Linux kernel 3.5.0.6.6 from repository
Linux kernel 2.5 from kernel.org compiled manually - the same

CPU AMD FX-8120 (Bulldozer) 8-core
MB: Asrock 990FX Extreme3

After splash-screen I see black screen, then "no signal" on monitor.
When resattach HDMI cable of monitor - image starts working.
In syslog I have found next lines:

"Jul 26 01:19:05 localhost kernel: [ 20.515647] xend[1521] trap invalid opcode ip:7f35281ca5fc sp:7fffb3c06f90 error:0 in libm-2.15.so[7f3528188000+f9000]
Jul 26 01:19:05 localhost kernel: [ 20.614530] apport[1525] trap invalid opcode ip:7f3dadd625fc sp:7ffffe41cdd0 error:0 in libm-2.15.so[7f3dadd20000+f9000]"

Also I've seen message about error in /etc/rc2.d/S21xendomains" on line 20 (also about opcode), but I can't find where now.
This line:

"xen list &> /dev/null"

Syslog file and screenshot of error attached
