Acq: Receive Items on an Invoice does not work with Line Item Alerts

When trying to receive copies through the Acquisitions Invoice Receiving interface the system hangs after clicking "Receive Selected Copies" . This happens when one or more of the line items on the invoice have line item alerts. Invoices where no line items have line items alerts can be received through this interface.
Line items with alerts receive properly when received through the purchase order rather than the invoice.
We have a fix for this that will be added to this bug report soon.
