state field must be in tree and forms

in GTK it is sufficient, that the state field is declared in the tree view, in web 61 the state field must also be declared in form

this causes a very difficult error to track

for a domain to work from 6.1 on the field must be defined in the current form view (IMHO this is correct)

in earlier versions it was sufficient that the field was defined in tree view

suggestion - the error message should mention the view name for easier debug

I also think this mainly happened after upgrading to 6.1
