Bug Description

After a minimal installation, juju bootstrap will return the following error:

$ juju bootstrap
No module named apt
2012-07-25 09:33:49,989 ERROR No module named apt

Manually install python-apt resolves this.

$ sudo apt-get install python-apt
[...]

$ juju bootstrap
error: No environments configured. Please edit: /home/eric/.juju/environments.yaml
