Bug Description
If there is only 2 tabs in the notebook, the string "Close Other Tabs" should change to "Close Other Tab"

Even better, use ngettext ("Close Other Tab", "Close Other Tabs", number_of_tabs) and you get dual forms as well in languages that have it.
