Manually select "Xubuntu desktop" on alpha3 testing alternate

Bug Description

After installing the base system, I am prompted with a screen for "Software Selection" which has nothing selected, I had to manually select "Xubuntu Desktop"

Note: I was using a USB stick made with unetbootin when this happened. The install completed without incident after selecting "Xubuntu Desktop"

This didn't happen when I used a VM (instead with a VM the install fails entirely with bug #1016925)

Mmmh, since we've been able to release quantal, this bug was fixed at some point. ;-)
