Bug Description
phpMyAdmin in Epiphany does not accept the normal tilde key combination.
But:
phpMyAdmin in Firefox 14.0.1 does accept the normal tilde key combination AltGr++ (twice).
Note: Entering U+007E works all right to enter a tilde character.
