Add support for clicking URLs

Bug Description

One of the convenient functions of gnome-terminal, that I use quite often, is that you can right-click on a URL and choose to open it (detected URLs are underlined). It would be nice if pantheon-terminal would also get such a feature.

This implementation is great, thanks a lot.

One small comment: it would be nice if right-click on the link offered copy functionality, since it is now somewhat hard to copy a link from the terminal. (I don't know how difficult it is to activate the 'copy' item in the context menu for this, since now it's greyed out.)

But again, thanks for the quick fix.
