They shouldn't poll on "Shutoff"

Can't reproduce this neither on master branch, nor on stable/essex, seems it was already fixed somewhere. I'm opening "Instances & Volumes", stop instance and looks on logs of firebug and http-server. After instance was stopped there is no any new log entries.

Same here, cannot reproduce. Terminated instance and I don't see any polling activity on dashboard and/or api logs.

The update function in horizon.tables.js works on rows in unknown state.
