6.1 : Unnecessary o2m records get created when they appear as form view by default

Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to Customers menu.
2. Click on 'create/new'.
3. Enter some value on name of partner.(At the same time observe the pager total for address).
4. Save the record.
5. If the name was more than 3 characters, you would see 2 blank address created, 1 otherwise. Although, this is a very random behaviour, bug cannot be ignored.

Important thing to notice:
Luckily, System allows us to create a record on o2m form because there is no mandatory field to fail to validation.
