Glance should install python-glanceclient instead of glance-client

`/usr/bin/glance` installed from python-glanceclient
4) Happened Instead
`/usr/bin/glance` installed from glance-client

Additionally, manually removing glance-client, then installing python-glanceclient will provide the correct `glance` binary, but there is an unmet requirement in python- keystoneclient.
The version of python- keystoneclient installed is 2012.2+ git201206251354 ~precise- 0ubuntu1, but python-glanceclient is expecting python- keystoneclient> =0.1,<0. 2. I'm guessing the requirement have not been updated to reflect the change in version number naming convention (ie, 2012.2).
