Glance should install python-glanceclient instead of glance-client

Bug Description

1) Release

Ubuntu 12.04 LTS Server

2) Package Version

2012.2+git201207240346~precise-0ubuntu1 (via ppa:openstack-ubuntu-testing/folsom-trunk-testing)

3) Expected

`/usr/bin/glance` installed from python-glanceclient

4) Happened Instead

`/usr/bin/glance` installed from glance-client

Additionally, manually removing glance-client, then installing python-glanceclient will provide the correct `glance` binary, but there is an unmet requirement in python-keystoneclient.

The version of python-keystoneclient installed is 2012.2+git201206251354~precise-0ubuntu1, but python-glanceclient is expecting python-keystoneclient>=0.1,<0.2. I'm guessing the requirement have not been updated to reflect the change in version number naming convention (ie, 2012.2).
