Bug Description
Government of Bihar (India) need a report for doctors which consist of all the data fields listed in the paper form. Title it Doctors Record- Complete record of each doctor of Government of Bihar

There is a limit with the database that affects the number of columns that are possible. This means we can't have too many fields in one report. We have already made some modifications to handle this, but we may need to select less fields for this report. I will investigate and see if there are some tweaks I may be able to make to allow a few more fields.
