o computador está travando

ligo o notebook e quando entro no navegador ou quando estou na área de trabalho o harddisc trava e para de funciona travando o sistema em geral nem mesmo o mouse funciona trava tudo.

This doesn't seem to have anything to do with USC. Incidentally, Ubuntu bug reports are much more likely to be triaged correctly if they are translated to English.
