Thank you zaki for the bug report. But unfortunately we need the FULL report.

You can upload it from /var/crash/ to https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/firefox/+bug/102767/+addcomment; or also you'd prefer to obtain a backtrace by following the instructions on https://wiki.ubuntu.com/MozillaTeam/Bugs.

Please if this crash is reproducible describe the steps that lead to it.

Also indicate which extensions/plugins do you have enabled.

This will greatly aid us in tracking down your problem.

Thanks in advance

Wow, I did not expect anyone to be up this early. I can find it (New to
this OS) sorry. Hilario, would you know where on my system I could find
it again? Ubuntu is the OS I believe I just installed this morning. I
personal with out any technical experience felt the error was triggered
by the updates and add-on I was installing.

Just open the browser with this address:
https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/firefox/+bug/102767/+addcomment

Then just in the File area of the Include Attachment section type
/var/crash/_lib_firefox_firefox-bin.1000.crash

Then the crash file (which can be quite big) will be uploaded so we can investigate further

Thank you in advance.

Yes Sir,
I was downloading themes for Thunderbird and firefox web browser. I
think it was the x-mas theme for firefox at the moment.

Hi,

we have not received any duplicates for some time. Thus, this crash was likely due to some unique plugin extension combination or has been fixed in the meantime.

Thanks for your contribution. Don't hesitate to submit new crashes,
