Bug Description

After disabling SELinux the following command

hp-sendfax -n -f 18884732963 -l debug test

produce the 'error: Pixels per line (width) must be 1728!' message.

I can hear the fax ringing. The display on the fax first reports sending the page and then fax send failed status. I have HP Officejet 4620 e-AIO. Printer and scan works fine. Connection is wireless.
See hp-check.log attachment for further detailes.
Any advise?
Thanks.

Hi Andrew Kavalov,

Please remove and re-configure the print, Fax Queues using hp-toolbox.

1) run "hp-toolbox" command in terminal
2) remove all queues using "-" icon
3) run "hp-setup" command in terminal and add using USB.

Thanks & Regards,
Amarnath

Hi Amarnath Chitumalla,

Thank you for the reply.
Following your instructions i was able to set up the wireless fax. I also understood what went wrong on a first place. Apparently the are 3 options in hp-setup.
1) Unversal Serial Bas (USB)
2) Network/Ethernet/Wireless network (direct connect or JetDirect)
3) Wireless/802.11

I have been choosing the option 3) since option 2) sounded like one have to have Ethernet port on the printer. Any way apparently option 3 does not work. However option 2 does ! Hopefully this info will save some time to other hplip users.

Thank you again.
