Release Ubuntu 12.10 (Radeon)

"System program problem" error message window is displayed after logging back into a user session.

The steps below will reproduce the issue.Same problem as reported in bug # 1026112

1)Log out of user session
2) log in to guest session
3) log out of guest session
4) log into user session

Week-30 - same error notification seen on Ubuntu 12.10 quantal (Nvidia) with ppa:SIl2100 after restarting the machine.

Executing the below steps caused the crash notification:
1) sudo apt-get update
2) sudo apt-get dist-upgrade
3) restart
