Bug Description
I'm trying to merge my upstream sources with my Bazaar branch with "bzr merge-upstream". I've noticed that, if my upstream tarball is not prefixed (i.e., if my files are not in a "name-version" folder inside tarball), its contents is not copied correctly to my branch. Instead, files in the root of my tarball are ignored and files inside other folders of my tarball are copied to the root of my branch.
I'm using the bzr-builddeb version included in Precise.
