Prints the wrong number of copies

When I asked for 2 copies of a document to be printed on my Brother HL-3040CN printer, 8 copies were printed instead.
Software: Ubuntu 12.04, evince 3.4.0

Problem did not occur in previous versions of Ubuntu/Evince.
Printing multiple copies to the same printer from Libre Office is fine.

Haven't checked whether problem also occurs on other printers.

Exactly the same thing happened to me with Brother MFC9120CN printer on Ubunto 12.041 LTS. Before it was ok and in the last two days this phenomena appeared.

Michael McDonald, this bug was reported a while ago and there hasn't been any activity in it recently. We were wondering if this is still an issue? If so, could you please provide an example document that demonstrates this problem?
