Bug Description
Probably need to go down the route of the migration tests: skip the test by default (e.g. makes no sense on single host deployments)
Need to look at the hosts, and live-migrate to the new host. We should probably test block-live-migrate first (because it is easier). Maybe have a flag that lets you choose which mode get's tested, if any?

Block and non-block migration has hit trunk.
Neither really work that well when you have volumes attached, but we should at least have tests for the basic tests.
Need to follow what has been done with the migration tests (needs an appropriate cloud for the tests to pass)
