gcc-4.0-locales has unmet dependencies

Package gcc-4.0-locales version 4.0.3-7 has an unmet dep:

I don't quite understand. The latest dsc still has all of these binary packages, the source has just never built. So his this rather a buildd problem?

it's only built on hppa, all binary packages for other architectures should be removed from the archive.

Other archive admins, can you please give me your opinion? I am not comfortable with removing an arch:all binary which is still part of a source package.

For some reason current gcc-4.0 hasn't been built anywhere. Does anyone know why that is? It would be somewhat easier to see what was going on if the builds were up to date.

By the way, I think Matthias misspoke: gcc-4.0-locales is only built on hurd-i386, not hppa.

I agree with Martin in this case: it would be much better simply to arrange for the new version to be built rather than trying to remove old binaries individually. If the new version can't be built (although there is no evidence of that yet as far as I can see), then the entire source should be removed if that's feasible.
