describe image attribute does not support attributes for kernel/ramdisk

can't get kernel/ramdisk information from EC2 describe image attribute API

euca-describe-image-attribute ami-XXX --kernel
euca-describe-image-attribute ami-XXX --ramdisk

it should return the following output when ami-XXX contains kernel/ramdisk attributes:
kernel ami-XXX aki-AAA
ramdisk ami-XXX ari-BBB

Whats the expected output when running the commands?

    EC2 DescribeImageAttribute by kernel/ramdisk.

    Fixes bug 1026898.

    Supports kernel/ramdisk attributes for EC2 DescribeImageAttribute API to
    display the ID of the kernel/ramdisk associated with the AMI. And adds
    test cases to verify this behavior.
