Original Description:
crashed when going to a new site

Firefox crashed when I tried to open this site:

http://americablog.blogspot.com/

I will upload the crash report. I also downloaded the page on a different machine, and will include it in a zip file.

Here is the zip file with the files from the page that (apparently) caused the crash.

The page did not cause a crash every time that I accessed it. I tried twice after starting this bug report. It crashed Firefox once, and a second time it opened without a problem.

If there is more information that I can provide, please let me know.

Which version of Firefox and Ubuntu are you using? Please can you provide a backtrace as per the instructions here: https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Backtrace
