Right now, there is no user documentation of the search feature/smart tags originally developed by Joao as his GSoC.
The only documentation so far is the comment in http://
To solve this bug, a new page or pages describing search/smart tags in user documentation should be created. For extra point, it could be mentioned in the initial tutorial.
