Bug Description

Release Ubuntu 12.10 Quantal (Nvidia)

While executing the steps mentioned in Unity-Manual->Launcher->Test Case ID: Can 32 - Version 1: Dragging icon while program is starting, the following occurred:

- Desktop froze for a couple of seconds
- Starting of Ubuntu software centre also froze
- Desktop recovered on its own
- Ubuntu software centre started succesfully
- Error message appeared "Application Compiz has closed unexpectedly"
