Yeah, Software Updater said the bug was already reported, too. My kernel version: 3.8.0-16-generic-3.8.0-16.26, ubuntu 13.04 (amd64). I've been working with 13.04 for nearly a week, now, and this is the first time Software Updater has acted up; it just sits there at "Applying changes", and ig you click Details, it just sits there saying, "Preconfiguring packages ..."

Apport said the bug was already reported and took me here (And then opened another window of update-manager with ONLY title.) I'm using Lubuntu 13.04(amd64) and my kernel version: 3.8.0-16-generic-3.8.0-16.26.
