Bug Description

The config option 'default-instance-type' is currently mandatory in the Openstack provider. The details returned about flavors by Openstack are enough to implement much the same constraints system as is used by EC2. There are some minor complications, notably that the resolution would need to happen later as this requires an api call rather than hard coding in the module. Also there's no concept of price, so an alternative method of ordering will be needed.
