Bug Description

Binary package hint: synaptic

I was doing multi-tasking, there was a torrent running simultaneously, while I was also changing icons in themes by going through Preferences > Themes > Icons. The update-manager or Synaptic reported a key to third-party repository was unavailable & then promptly crashed. Apport was taking far too long to report the crash hence uploading the crash file by hand.
