Bug Description
Web Directory has a "Python" category/department which is not in the client and is missing Books and Magazines.

The Python belongs under "Developer Tools", I've moved it under that department now. I agree there are still the following issues:
- The Python department is missing an icon.
- The Java department's icon doesn't match the desktop client
- There is no "Books and Magazines" department in the Apps Directory. It should be picked up from the metadata MyApps publishes, so that all apps in the desktop client should be moved there. This will also need an icon.
