Bug Description

update-manager 1:0.167, Ubuntu Q

1. Install an Ubuntu daily, alpha, or beta.
1. Launch Software Updater for the first time.

What you see: "Updated software has been issued since Ubuntu {unreleased version} was released. Do you want to install it now?"

What you should see: "Updated software is available for this computer. Do you want to install it now?"
<https://wiki.ubuntu.com/SoftwareUpdates#alert>

This is one example of the general problem that Ubuntu Y.MM dailies/alphas/betas claim to be Ubuntu Y.MM.
