Nautilus doesn't show "Copy web link" when OSD shows just published at "url"

Bug Description

Nautilus does not show the "Copy Web Link" menu item (as active) when the On Screen Display pops up and shows
"%somefile% was just published at http://ubuntuone.com/%jibberish%"
The menu should display the "Copy Web Link" at the same time that the OSD shows the weblink. It doesn't make sense to see a web link, and then not be able to copy it (from the OSD or from the drop down menu in Nautilus).

A side note:
I think the RIGHTCLICK drop down menu when you click on any file in Nautilus should INCLUDE "Ubuntu One" in the 'Copy To' and 'Move To' SubMenu if you have an UbuntuOne account.
