Inactive right-click options have the same color as clickable ones

To test (easier to explain this way):

1. Copy a file to your desktop (~/Desktop).
2. Right click on the file on the desktop
3. Go to the "Restore Icon's Original Size"; its color is the same as the other options, but it can't be clicked on because it already is the original size.

Feel free to replace "inactive" with the correct word if you know it.

Yes, I think the inactive right-click options text should be more of a medium/dark gray instead of white.

It might be worth noting that the menus from Unity's top bar do show inactive entries correctly.
