Bug Description

vmbuilder fails to download the file "Packages".
This is no wonder, as there are only the files Packages.gz and Packages.bz2 on http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/dists/precise/main/binary-amd64/

"Release" and "Release.gpg" get downloaded just fine.

I just head->desked...

/tmp was mounted on overflow with a size of 1M. No wonder Downloads don't work.

umount /tmp solved the issue...

Leaving this information here in case someone else fumbles in the same way.
