Bug Description
In GTK+3, buttons with keyboard focus have an orange outline except when clicked. In GTK+2, the glow is always there so long as the button has focus.
The GTK+3 buttons should behave more like the GTK+2 buttons in this regard.

I THINK this is an easy fix. I think that I saw that Tista (or someone) made it disappear intentionally.
