Bug Description

Bug based on Bertrand's comment: https://code.launchpad.net/~izidor/gtg/title/+merge/109153/comments/234579

Over the time, GTG get many development related options:
  -b, --boot-test Exit after completing boot-up actions
  -l, --local-liblarch Use local liblarch located in ../liblarch if it is posible
  -t TITLE, --title=TITLE Use special title for windows' title

(State to 2012-07-13)

They are useless for the user and should be hidden. Proposed solution: put a special development section into GTG configuration file which would be updated by ./scripts/debug.sh script. GTG users don't have to be confused with many command line options and GTG contributors can still use it for developing GTG.

Poposed steps to fix this:
  * change ./scripts/debug.sh to update configuration file before running GTG
  * remove options
  * make sure no regressions were introduced
