Um das Problem zu lösen habe ich die kernel-header installiert - aber ohne Erfolg:
deinstallation mit purge und dann wieder installiert - der Fehler bleibt.
Edit: mir ist noch was eingefallen ich habe nicht den standard kernel installiert sonden den backport
Edit2: deistallation der backports pakete hat das problem gelöst
