Happens to me about every 1-3 hrs i have my laptop running.

I am on a Xubuntu 12.04 though. Started happening after update-manager installed xorg-server 2:1.11.4-0ubuntu10.5 last thursday. (I had 10.3 installed before.)

Not sure if it's really the same bug.
