Showing two "Laptop" screens in Display setting when connect external monitor via HDMI

Version of gnome-settings-daemon: 3.4.2-0ubuntu0.2

After connecting external monitor by HDMI, I can see 2 "Laptop" in the Display option.
Please refer to the attached picture and logs for detail.
