Re-republisher will not add images to Republishing Dashboard

Bug Description

In Princeton, we are sending books to be re-republished using the re-republisher instructions on the Twiki https://wiki.archive.org/twiki/bin/view/BooksGroup/ReRePublisher and they come up on the dashboard with no images! Out of every 10 books we put through, 1 works! We have also tried different scribes, etc and get the same results. I am not sure if this is a local issue or archive wide. Please look into this ASAP. Thanks!
