when click stage change button, the tab page refresh twice

Bug Description
Sales-->Leads page, there have three tab page: Lead, Communication & History, Extra info.
When I click Commuication & History tab page, and then click the button of stage previous or stage next, this tab page will refresh twice. but Lead and Extra info tab page not this problem.
Now, I have add some new tab page on Leads, also have this problem, and click button of open, pending ,cancel also same problem.
Pls help confirm it

Hello Jerry,
I have checked your Issue with firebug, But at my end working fine. I think you might have a misunderstanding something...
It's seem like refresh but actually run the script behind that.
So currently I am closing this issue. without hesitation reopen this issue If you face the problem again. and it's batter for us If you provide a video.
