"Important Security Updates" not in visible area

Bug Description
As seen in the attached screenshot, "Important Security Updates" (or, is not shown when you bring the dialog up initially. When scrolled upwards, the headline becomes visible.
This was not the case in earlier versions of Ubuntu, IIRC.

You can't see that there is a scrollbar either, likely because the small marker has the same color as the selected item. :-/
