Bug Description

I found a bug (that seems to happen to other users, but they all just go and use GParted for their task, so noone reported it :) in gnome-disk-utility and posted it upstream https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=679547 , but it seems version shipped with Ubuntu 12.04 is not supported anymore.

I'd suggest to update gnome-disk-utility to supported branch.

Thanks!

It seems this bug is be fixed in Ubuntu 12.10 since September 21 (but exists in LTS release) - gnome-disk-utility 3.6.0 was uploaded into Ubuntu Quantal, see https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gnome-disk-utility/+changelog
