I was installing upgrade not connecting to any server

Thanks for taking the time to report this bug in Ubuntu.

We need a bit more information to take this forwards.

Please can you run:

  sudo DEBCONF_DEBUG=developer apt-get -f install

And attach the output to this bug report.
